The barista guy was on a phone call chattering away with a friend and didn't even bother to hang up, he was so clearly disinterested in actually doing his job.

When he finally asked if I wanted to order, he just nodded and went back to talking on the phone, making my latte one handed, and disturbing the atmosphere of the whole place rather than actually doing his job properly.

To top it off, the latte was €4 and mediocre at best.

Can't believe people can work with an attitude like that and not be fired already. Definitely never coming back here again.

Edit: Can't believe the owner asked me to be "Grateful" the barista was kind enough to actually do his job and make me a latte. If they're closed or unable to serve me, that's fine, he should just have said they are closed and I'd have understood and went somewhere else rather than him talking on the phone over me while grumpily making me...

Service is really bad. People don't smile and make you feel welcome. In the beginning I thought it might have been just an accidental experience. But it is consistently bad all the time in terms I of the bad attitude of the personnel. If you want to learn how I not to behave in the service industry, come and I observe the "masters'' - they would rather shout loudly numerous times that your order is ready rather than bringing it to you, especially when there is nobody else but you...

Extremely slow service, despite the place being almost empty. I ordered a medium drink and received a small one; after asking them about it they insisted it was a medium. My friend, who ordered a small drink, clearly had a larger cup than I did. (We ordered different coffees; we did not have each other's drink.) The beverages are tasty, but you pay Starbucks-level...
