FEBO is a Dutch institution. It's called snack food - bitterballen, kaasoufle, croketten, frites. And they are experts in that.
Don't take this the wrong way. FEBO food is like the equivalent of culinary roadkill, you don't want to eat it, but you can't help yourself. The fries are crunchy and salty and come with a generous portion of fritesaus (well, you have to pay for it, but it's there). The other snacks are all good versions of traditional Dutch specialties. Their fried chicken is great.
Bottom line, don't expect 5* michelin but do expect Dutch classics done consistently well.
