KFC — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Over the past 6 months ive bought a meal from this particular franchise three times, every time without fail the order has not been complete. Now kfc I know is synonymous with bad customer service and its something that myself and others come to accept and endure for the sake of the guilty pleasure at the end... but this particular franchise simply takes the cake. What a joke. What kind of establishment do you have in operation where it becomes an automatic reaction for your customer to recieve their meal order and have to pull it all out at the counter to count its contents to make sure it is all there to prevent realising the staff forgot two of your three hot wings after a twenty minute walk home. But yesterday on my way to work I realised I had about 15 minutes to spare before i had to catch my train, I saw the restaurant had no ques or customers so I popped in to grab a quick double krunch- big mistake. My bad kfc customer service expectations were completely blown away, it got rediculous. I walked in- placed my order and the female manager informed me before I payed that it would be a five minute wait, at this point I hesitated but confirmed that if it was to be no more than five minutes- I would wait. What do you know! 15 minutes later Im at the counter- My train is long gone and I can see the manager and the cook out the back laughing and sharing what must have been videos on there phones. Eventually I got her attention and informed her I wanted a refund. With a scrunched up face and what would have to be the slowest refund process ever recorded, I left Kfc for what will the last...

Disappointed..

My first night here me and my friend went to order and we waited almost 1 hour for our food. There was no system with the staff until the manager came and finally asked us what order we were, then we got it quick. Note: this was not a busy evening either.

Then 2 days later we decided to try again, but this time it was an even worse experience..

I Ordered online and my card was charged, but I never received my recite in the app.. When I told the staff they told me that I had ordered my food to 00:00. I clicked the “asap” button in the app and it said “4 minutes”. And they even close at 23:30 so “00:00” was never an option.

When I showed the staff that I had payed they basically said I was wrong and I would get my money back From the bank because it hadn’t transferred yet, something it already had..

Not once did they check anywhere to see if the order had gone through or even ask me what I had order.

So I had to order again in the store and pay the same amount. Then I got my food quick, but it was the wrong drink, no garlic Sauce and wrong type of chicken….

Overall I am very disappointed. I feel like the staff could have done so much better. I work in the same type of business myself and I would never treat a costumer the way I was treated. I felt like the staff didn’t believe me or even cared..

Not going to...

Fabulous KFC, at Bos en Lommer. Well run and fast, being in a large Shopping and market area they are obviously geared up for high turn-Over groups and halal chicken being the area has a strong Turkish and other foreign populous that all blend to make a wonderful eclectic area.

They have all the latest KFC fare, on offering and do it with style. What tasty and Grand Chicken this is. I know my dedicated review enthusiasts who just can't get enough of that finger lickin' chicken, follow my words carefully waiting for me to say something remotely bad about KFC, well it aint happening today babies, Praise all that is good in the world as the Colonel Harland Sanders, has delievered again.

Some call me Lord of the Wings. But I worship the mighty bucket and they have buckets here and boxes, but a bucket sounds better, If anyone goes to a KFC that uses buckets let me know so I can try it out.

Love that taste, love KFC, and this store makes the chain proud. An Ambassador Store, that has recently undergone a complete refurb with the installation of preorder stands, pay by card and go to pickup, easy. Thank you to the fabulous staff who served me and my party on Saturday night. My experience is up there and well, what really can I say, it couldnt be bad, its KFC after all!
