I recently visited the coffee shop inside a hotel after a long business meeting, hoping for a quick break and a decent cup of coffee. Unfortunately, what I got was far from what I expected. Instead of a simple refreshment, I ended up with stomach pain and full-on diarrhea. The waiter made the coffee terribly, and to make matters worse, the milk was expired. I recently ordered the Soto Soup (egg, noodles, crispy onion, and bean sprouts) and was really disappointed. The soup was watery and overly spicy, lacking the rich, flavorful broth I was expecting.

While the presentation and service were both great, it’s clear the dish was not thoughtfully prepared. If you’re offering a vegetarian option, it deserves the same attention and care as any meat-based dish. I hope the kitchen revisits this recipe to offer something more flavorful...
