Similar experience to many other customers: we had to wait for 2 hours for our pizzas and when we finally got our pizzas they were cold. Of course I called in between and they told me that the order would be there in 30 min and after, that it was already on the way. They did give us two free drinks to compensate (still I cant understand how the delivery person had exactly the two drinks that we wanted when he had already left the restaurant... but we did receive them). We ordered 2 pizzas they didn't have ham, it can happen but when the delivery guy showed up, he didn't want to bring the pizza to me (first floor) I open the door bare foot and ask him to come 2 steps up to give me the pizza, he then put the pizza on the floor on the staircase and left giving me attitude. So instead of being compensated for not getting the pizza I wanted I was left with pizza on the floor and rude attitude!!!! I couldn't believe it!
