McDonald's Amsterdam Amstel Towers — Restaurant in Amsterdam

This place doesn't even deserve one star!! My advice is to avoid visiting this place under any circumstances. Disgusting service and food (see photo). I stood waiting for my order for 30 minutes. They had a system glitch, and my order was lost. I asked where my order was, to which the extremely unfriendly employee replied (she just poured drinks into glasses) that she didn’t know, and it was none of her business. The guy behind the counter was extremely slow and said he had nothing to do with it. His responsibilities do not include searching for orders. Only when I asked to call the manager did they find my order, but its appearance and taste left much to be desired. Please give costumer service training to the 2 older ladies who work here. I'm a working man who comes here almost everyday for breakfast since I live by the side of it and I'm tired of being treated like an idiot by these two employees. Im a paying customer and it is very hard to deal with unhappy people, especially when it comes to an international food chain, specially an American one, where costumer services is a priority, next time I will take names. The rest of the staff is amazing, but these 2 older ladies got to go take care of their grandchild if they don't want to work. The younger staff is amazing. All expats and very polite... The worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Place was filthy, only a handful of clean tables. We waited almost 20 minutes for two meals. When I asked for salt, the girl behind the counter threw x2 pepper packets at me. When I then asked for salt - again - I handed back the pepper and had two salt packets thrown at me. I asked for more and she scoffed at me then walked away without giving me more…

We sat in view of the counter and we could see that she gave the same service to everyone else who were unfortunate to have an interaction with her.
