One of the best restaurants/bars I have been to in Amsterdam. I have been looking for a place like this since moving here and finally found it! The food is amazing, a lot cooked over fire. The pork tongue was a highlight but I really liked the mussel croquettes as well. The beer list here is incredible, and although expensive its also reasonable compared to other restaurants of this type around the world. Pelusa has quickly become a staple in our visits to Amsterdam. As well as a beautiful peaceful setting, we always receive a warm welcome. I can honestly say the food is incredible and super reasonably priced for the quality and quantity, the cheesecake was one of the best desserts I've ever tasted!
