If you want to enjoy Turkish coziness, then Merci restaurant in admiral area in Amsterdam is your choice for sure, clean and tidy and helpful stuff, I don't want to tell you about the food because it is so delicious. Try to order mixed lamb with chicken barbecue. Also pizza and sfiha would make you overwhelming. I highly recommend that res.

Best grilled meat in town! Had lamb cutlets and bf had mixed grill plater. The lamb cutlets are to die for 🔥 The meat is cooked on order. You can observe the cook preparing your food on the grill. Perfectly seasoned, cooked and juicy meat. The bread on the sides is also baked , not store bought which is a big plus.

Careful!! Cannot recommend this restaurant! They do bad business there and the chef is really rude! My order was taken incorrectly. After they served the wrong dish, I told them to leave the food so they wouldn't have to through it away and prepare my original dish as the food they brought looked similar to my original order. However, the chef did not mention that this different order was going to cost twice as much!!! Instead of apologizing or staying thank you, he insisted on us paying 16 euros for a very simple fast food chicken dish! Waste of money! Careful!...

Too bad I forgot to take a photo, but this was the best Kapsalon I ever had in Amsterdam. Super tasty marinated chicken, coocked on charcoal, awesome frenchfries with melted cheese nicely distributed all over the dish (and not those cheap & lame square burger cheddar piece...), fresh veggies on top... Service is also super friendly and they want to make sure you enjoyed the food. It is a bit more expensive than your regular Kapsalon, but 200% worth it!

My favourite döner restaurant in Amsterdam. We have been more than 10 times and it never disappoints. The staff is nice and the food is wonderful. Their homemade garlic sauce is the star to anything you order. It has fair prices and whatever you decide to order, it is assured it will be good. Their baklava is also homemade and it is amazing too. It feels like your go-to...
