My package was delivered to his shop on a Saturday, I went to pick it up on Monday ( they are closed Sunday), when I showed him my tracking details he checked in the back for 1 minute, came back and told me its not there and to come back tomorrow by 5pm, I was a little confused and asked why? He then proceeds to yell and repeat for me to leave and come back tomorrow, while shooing me away with his hands. If the store was full of people I would maybe understand, but there were 2 people total in the store.

I go home empty handed. I contacted DHL to check it was delivered correctly, they confirmed it was scanned at his shop.

I go back the next day thinking i will brush it off and make an effort to be nice to him as maybe he just had a bad day right? I walk in the shop and say "hello" in a very friendly tone, he looks at me with a very grumpy face, says nothing at all and keeps moving some parcels around his shop. And by moving i mean throwing.

After a few mins he comes to the counter, takes my tracking details again, goes in the back and comes out with my package. He then proceeds to be aggressive with me that I have left a large package at his shop for too many days..... I tell him I actually came yesterday and he did not give me my package. He says nothing, scans my package with that horrible moody face of his and I leave, hoping I will never ever have a package sent there again.

How this guy gets reviewed saying he is super nice i have no idea. He is clearly very annoyed he deals with packages, his system for them is terrible. He did not even ask me for my ID when collecting my package.

The worst! Don’t drop your package here! I needed to drop off two return packages, one for DHL and one for DPD, he told me it was super busy and I need to put it on the pile and he will scan them all later on, I was hesitant and asked for him to scan them because I like to have the confirmation email and be sure it went right, he got upset and told me he had no time and said again it would be fine they will be scanned all together at the end of the day and I would get an email then. So after doubting I unfortunately decided to trust him and leave the two packages. That day nothing, the next day still nothing, two days after I dropped in to ask about them and to tell him I had not received an email but also if I tried to track them they were still not scanned. He got angry and told me it’s not his problem, dhl or dpd should scan it and he went on to talk badly about me to a customer he was helping with something else, I decided to leave and am still thinking what to do next. I guess I will try and contact dhl and dpd about this location, I did make a picture of my packages on the pile, so hopefully I can still do something, it’s been 4 days now and nothing has been scanned yet still, they seem lost. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY POINT! I see on the DHL app that this DHL delivery point has rejected my package without my knowledge. So the package is now being returned to the store - which means I had to pay for the delivery service for a package that I never got to receive AND I will have to pay an additional fee because the package is being send back! (For the full picture: the DHL app says the package was delivered to the delivery point at 10am (today) and it got rejected and sent back at 1pm (today)). How could they reject someone else’s package is literally beyond me! To make things worse, I got yelled at at this store about two weeks ago while picking up a package but I thought the man behind the counter was having a bad day and brushed it off… after reading all other comments, I now understand that it is who he is… PLEASE stop being a DHL point so someone that will do their job professionally can take over. EDIT: The business has the audacity to comment as if my parcel was a big item or a fridge or was a 6day return. It was a box compliant with all the regulations and was sent away without my knowledge by the business the same day it arrived! DO NO USE THIS STORE, AVOID THEM...
