Sanks Sushi — Restaurant in Amsterdam

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I ordered Sushi at 22:31pm on Friday, June 14th from your Sanks Sushi with the Thuisbezord app and I still haven't received my order. I have been calling the restaurant multiple times since 11pm and no answer. My order cost a total of 40.40 Euros and a 6.06 euro tip to the delivery driver and I haven't received my food order at all and now the time is 12:25am on Saturday morning June 15th.

So basically you've stolen my money and tip. This is HIGHLY unacceptable and beyond reprehensible and unprofessional. So, please refund my money ASAP since I didn't receive my food delivery, or any text or call or any form of communication that my order wouldn't be coming.

If this isn't done immediately, I will have to take serious legal action for basically stealing my money and not receiving...

i ordered food and the service i received was absolutely ABYSMAL. It took 3 hours to “arrive”… which it didn’t even arrive anyway… I called the staff on multiple occasions( over the 3 hours) to chase up my order and nobody was responding. When I did get a response, I asked the woman how long my food was gonna be and she hung up the phone- never got a response since. I missed TWO trains for food that never even arrived. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed as I spend €35 on NOTHING. Staff were completely incompetent and delivery service was absolutely horrific. Don’t order from here if you actually want to eat some food… you won’t receive it…. Never got a refund either. I don’t even have the words to describe how TERRIBLE...

I usually order from here and they have great sushi but tonight was not the case. initially the crispy vega and half of the avocado maki was straight up missing. i then called and no explanation was given as to why these were missing just that they would contact the delivery person. i called again an hour later to be met with "so do you have a question or?" after i explained calmly that i had ordered an hour earlier and wanted to see if i was going to get the rest of my order. they said a new order was almost on the way. this order only had the crispy vega and not the missing half of the avocado maki. the new crispy vega also tasted strange (perpahs...
