We order salad bowls and we get just box of nachos with dressing 🤦‍♂️. It’s really pitiful. This is not “just couple” of times incident, we have been ordering here since a year as we like Mexican food and every time there is a mess up with order. We don’t even customize the menu, just a straight order from menu yet they mess it up. they forget drink, desert, sloppy order preparation, less portions all together. They have the worst consistency and value for your buck , of all the locations I have tried in Amsterdam. As if they are trying to rip off customers. (Before ranting here we called them bunch of times and left feedback but they appear to never do anything to fix)

Besteld via de website van Taco Mundo om af te halen. Na aankomst op genoteerde tijd word aangegeven dat bestelling bijna klaar is. Vervolgens word er op dat moment pas gestart met het bereiden van mijn bestelling, na vraag waarom dit niet eerder gedaan is word aangegeven dat er vaker valse bestellingen zijn. Hierop heb ik degene achter de kassa gevraagd waarom er niet gebeld is. Na ontvangen bestelling uiteindelijk het volgende: De Hamburrito's: helaas weinig ingrediënten te vinden, dit was zeer karig (zie foto's). Quesadilla's: waren qua smaak oke, weinig vlees helaas. Enchilada's: helaas bijna enkel sour cream, dit heb ik na een paar hapjes weg gegooid (zie foto's). Ik heb regelmatig bij diverse taco mundo filialen gegeten waaronder meerdere malen bij deze jaren geleden, echter is dit na 8 jaar de slechtste ervaring tot nu toe.

My husband has a gluten allergy and we are strictly vegetarian so we always order the classic Mexicana fries option (with the meat replaced). Taco Mundo was our number one choice, whenever we felt like ordering, but the last two times, we kinda felt let down..because it wasn't as we are used to, and when we rang the 2nd time to ask for a little compensation, they didn't really care. :/ would have been nice to get a little back for being a...

Yesterday I went to my favourite place every Taco Mundo Amsterdam Nieuw west and all of a sudden everyone was fighting me and calling me an allochtoontje !! but my held and hero T-dog came in and saved the day!!! he was soo powerful and awesome and met veeell macht he had ruzie with the people fighting me.
