Tacolicious | French Tacos — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Tastes fine, but had to wait 30mins while they made 1 taco. Why does it take 30mins to make a taco??? If they can fix the speed issue, I might try eating here again.

EDIT: thank you for the reply! The taco did in fact taste very good. Would it be possible to somehow prioritize walk-in orders when they occur? Or somehow speed up the assembly process? In almost any takeaway restaurant, waiting for more than 5 or 10 minutes is really just unacceptable. I can get a full Thai meal from Boi Boi takeaway across the street in about 10mins, why should I wait longer than that for a single taco? The same goes for other restaurants in the neighborhood - A. Kong eethuis, Roopram Roti, even Visbar Beet has given me a quick bite to takeaway in the past.

If the wait can't be fixed, please put up a sign apologizing for the long waits and offer a snack or something to entertain people waiting. Otherwise we are all just standing there, getting more frustrated with each 5 minutes that passes by. Without an explanation that there are 4 Uber eats orders in front of ours, it just seems like FOREVER to wait. Would you wait for 20+ minutes for a broodje shoarma? Why should someone do the same for one of your tacos? They are indeed tasty, but this is important.

It took 40minutes to wait for two tortillas. They did not include much sauce and was pretty tasteless. The little amount of beef was ok but I don't understand the thing to put spiceless french fries into tortillas. Worst thing was that the payment by card was taken two times!

No! When we entered the restaurant ourselves, the cook lady took payment with SumUp payment -system. She claimed that the payment card or the device did not work, and called a guy from the back and the he "got it right" ("Sugar" even said, and smiled). And the payment was taken two times by card. Ordered here a few times, but the last time made me sick, and wasn't very tasty. Reflected in my review on the site I used to order. They called me the next day, and instead of talking about what's wrong, they just accused me of posting a bad review on purpose, while insulting me, unable to listen to anything I had to say, and in the end hung up on me after I remained extremely patient.
