The Happy Bull — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I have found the best burger joint in town!! To cut a long review short, want burgers in Amsterdam, then this is your place to try!! (Perhaps all the delivery service providers waiting outside should also let you know how great this place is).

Food: (5/5) I ordered the Hottie Burger and Fries. This burger contains jalapeño, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelised onions and a beautiful sauce to top it off. The meat was medium done and I must add this was one of the most juiciest burgers I have ever had. The flavours all came together perfectly. The textures were also great, crunchiness of the onion and jalapeño coupled with the softness of the buns and the juiciness of the patty. Unfortunately my words don’t do justice here, so just drop by and try it yourself.

Update: I recently visited again and this time picked up the ChillyDog - wow, it was so so well made. The flavours were fantastic. It looked amazing and tasted even better. The bread was soft, the chilli was great and the hotdog was extremely tasty and balanced it all really well.

Service: (5/5) This was also super great. The staff were extremely friendly and the prep was extremely quick. The packing is done really well with a inner container and foil wrap to keep the warm in. The staff was also nice to let me know there is a 10% discount if you come and pick it up yourself (clicked a pic for your reference after I had paid). I really didn’t know that and it was nice that they informed me about it and how it is a way to support the local businesses.

Summary: (5/5) I really enjoyed this place. I must have walked by multiple times, but a friend suggested I tried it out and I’m glad I did. Do drop by and you will certainly not regret it. Highly...

Superb food and price! :) I had a goat cheese burger and homemade fries. The burger was... wow, just out of the world. It was the first time for me to have melted goat cheese and balsamic dressing on my burger, so I can't even place it in my system, but it was really, really good. When Karen (the owner) first explained to me the fries are also made by themselves, I didn't expect much difference, because fries are always good anyways. But to my surprise, it was the most "crisp-on-the-outside-and-soft-on-the-inside" fries I've ever had. I personally also liked how the potato skin added extra flavor to the fries. The portion was very big. A plate of burger and fries is usually never a big deal for me, but I couldn't finish everything although I hadn't had lunch this day.
