La Casa del Habano Curacao — Restaurant in Curaçao

For someone whom has been smoking and collecting Cuban cigars for 30 years I have to give a shout out to the La Casa Del Habano from deep within my heart. They truly excel in customer service, hospitality, selection, and are reasonably priced. I was arriving for only one day off a cruise ship. I reached out with questions via Instagram. Steven responded so fast I could not believe it. He even offered to have someone meet me there before they officially opened. He continued a dialogue with me over instagram answering any other questions I had. In the world of the dying art of Customer Service he totally blew me away. I was so excited to get there and when I did I felt totally welcomed. My girlfriend sat on one of their many comfortable leather chairs whilst I went into the humidor with the excitement of a little child on Christmas morning. Their selection was WONDERFUL, being able to find many cigars that are consistently sold out in other places. The people working there made me feel comfortable and were so wonderfully patient as I pulled more and more cigars off the shelf. I felt guilty I was taking so long yet they simply smiled and helped me find what I was looking for. Then, as I was waiting for them to package the order, my girlfriend and I each lit up a stick and enjoyed a couple of glasses of fantastic rum. It was so hard to choose as once again their bar has such a great selection. If you enjoy a a really well kept cuban cigar in a fantastic atmosphere THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Now each time I book a #cruiseship I will make sure that one of the stops will be #Curacao just so I can pay a visit to stock up and enjoy #cigars and the fine hospitality at Steve's wonderful #LaCasaDelHabano But wait!
