Starbucks — Restaurant in Delft

I do not want to be a Karen but I must say the service was pretty bad when I went there. It wasn't necessarily busy and I asked for a matcha latte. I even double-checked to ask if that was okay and the first waiter kindly said it was. So I payed for the drink and the add-ons. However, the person making the drinks gave me something COMPLETELY different. Instead of tea I got some sort of iced coffee that was completely not what I ordered. It didn't even sound the same. (It also wasn't good at all but that is bc of my personal taste). The problem: when the barista shouted out the coffee name and aggressively pointed out it was mine, I kindly told her that I was sorry but it was not my drink at all and that I ordered a matcha latte. Then she said in the most annoyed facial expression and sigh "I'll make you a matcha then". So I smiled and told her it was fine bc I didn't want to cause any problems. But jeez that was not nice at all and I had to throw out most of the drink and wasted money that I specially saved to spend on my matcha there...

Everything you would expect from a Starbucks, this branch is conveniently positioned in the Delft central station and has fairly generous operating hours. They offer the full range of Starbucks drink options as well as a wide selection of cafe eats. I have visited the branch on numerous occasions and both the service and staff have always been top notch. In sticking to the Starbucks par the branch has a number of different seating options as well as multiple power outlets and of course WiFi avalible to all customers.
