This is such a lovely place with such a friendly owner. I did not have much time to eat and she made it possible. The atmosphere of this small restaurant is very nice, inside or sitting outside next to the church with a nice view. The fries & fish are made separately and glutenfree, the batter for the fish is made i.e. of chickpeas. It was sooo tasty, the portion is quite big, the dip was also nice. And such friendly and helpful staff! Thanks a lot for being allergy/ food intolerance aware. I will come back :-)

Great fish & chips spot we accidentally stumbled upon. Starting off with the welcoming staff and good atmosphere. Upon sitting down the first (and only) moment of stress set in: the menu options are amazing (for both beer and food). But let me tell you, making a decision was difficult: it all seemed so good. And let me tell you: it was. Highly recommended, good pricing combined with great taste and amazing staff. Will be visiting again.

IS NOT ENOUGH!!! 5 Stars is definetely not enough to do this LOVEly gastronomy GEM justice. a hip slick quiet JAM of drastical nutrition. at least that's what the bottle of BEER there said somehow. BEST PLACE for VEGAN, BURGER and FISH enthusiasts! on a scale from zero to pink, it was piggy pink. like the delicious burger i was lucky to enjoy.

6 star beverages + 7 star 1200+years church backdrop + 8 star menu + 9 star service × 10 star chef = NOTHING 2 complain...

feeling warmly welcomed like home here but being really sad i have to go back home. THX 4 the eatening...

p.s. forgot the FISH SOUP! ^_*...

Surprising Find!

Amazing food choices, Vegan options as well as Fish options!

We found this gem in the center of Deventer…food is just amazing, variety of drinks options are available and service is great! If you are vegan or not it should not be missed!

A suggestion to the owner: We think you should look into putting up a bigger font on the front side of the restaurant. We passed by several times in the past but never noticed the restaurant is there :) and we regret not visiting early. We will definitely come back to try...
