“Worst Experience and Worst staff”

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Not only was the service incredibly unprofessional, but the food was also undercooked and completely inedible.

Despite multiple attempts to flag down our server for assistance, our requests were ignored and we were left disappointed. When the food arrived, it was clear that it had not been properly cooked or prepared. The meat was still raw in the center and the vegetables were cold and flavorless.

To make matters worse, when we brought our concerns to the attention of the manager, we were met with complete indifference and a lack of concern for our dissatisfaction. It was clear that customer service and quality control were not a priority for this establishment.

Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Kohinoor of India. The poor service and uncooked food make for an incredibly unpleasant dining experience that is simply not worth the cost.

I used to like this restaurant because of the services and food, but our last visit was very disappointing.

There was a very stressful atmosphere, no music and waiters were yelling at each other and other visitors. They brought us the wrong dish, they changed it very quickly but the food was uncooked. One waiter gave a lighter to another waiter over our table, which is made us feel very uncomfortable.

We left with the feeliing that is was a waste of money this time. I hope it will improve...

I visited this restaurant hoping for a warm experience and some good Indian food, but was deeply disappointed.

As an Indian myself, I greeted one of the staff with a smile, saying “Kaise ho bhai, kahan se ho?” (How are you, brother? Where are you from?) only to get a dismissive reply “Does it matter”

I came here expecting a sense of community, but instead found rudeness and an unwelcoming attitude. On top of that, the food was far from good.

I would never return and I can’t recommend this...
