Trinibra — Restaurant in Deventer

They have real fresh Wasabi! Delicious fresh fish presented in balanced dishes. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Just order the 7 course omakase dinner!

For dessert we had the Smash it, a 3 layer cake with a chocolate sauce container on top. I doubt this dessert will be on the menu in summer, but I am sure there will be some other great desserts to choose from.

This was the first time we had sushi in the third incarnation of Trinibra in the medieval Bergkwartier of Deventer. Trinibra has grown up from a tiny restaurant & mostly takeaway with delicious sushi , next to a casual restaurant to now an amazing place for fine dining. It really is a level up of its former self.

The location formerly housed the famous Boas restaurant. It briefly was Hôk that sadly had to close. The interior has had a cosy upgrade. The kitchen looks more efficient than in Hôk times, I bought parts of that kitchen so I am familiar with...

I would like to share my impression of a sushi bar I recently visited. It was an unforgettable culinary adventure that left a vivid impression. I would especially like to mention their speciality rolls, which were a real eye-opener for me. Their combination of ingredients was unique and one of a kind, creating incredibly flavourful combinations. It was evident that the chef had put his soul and talent into them.

Overall, I was very satisfied I definitely recommend this sushi bar to all Japanese food lovers and those who want to have an unforgettable...
