I recently had a craving for a delicious cheeseburger, onion rings, and crispy chips, and decided to visit Burgemeester to satisfy it. Burgemeester is a cozy, family-owned business with a welcoming atmosphere, and I always appreciate supporting local establishments. Upon arrival at Burgemeester, there was a small mix-up with my order, but the staff handled it professionally and made sure to fix the delivery issue. I want to thank them for their prompt and courteous customer service. The food itself was delicious and really hit the spot. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and next time I plan to visit the restaurant in person to enjoy the food and catch up with friends. I do want to note that the only challenge I've experienced with Burgemeester is related to their delivery service through Thuisbezorgd. During my recent order, there was a failure to deliver and the fault lies with Thuisbezorgd. I plan to express my concerns to Thuisbezorgd, but I am aware that they do not care about serving their suppliers or customers. Overall, I encourage others to support Burgemeester and their wonderful food.

Online onze bestelling gedaan via thuisbezorgd en het was echt verschrikkelijk! De truffelburger was compleet plat en de bijbehorende chips was een klein handje smaakloze naturel chips. De Cajun friet is niet geleverd en is zonder reden vervangen door slap gebakken friet zonder enige kruiden. De chicken sandwich is ronduit gevaarlijk! Deze was compleet rauw vanbinnen en uit voorzorg geen enkele hap meer van genomen. Ook hierbij was er geen juiste friet geleverd en miste wij nog 2x onion rings. Na het doen van meerdere telefoontjes wordt er gewoon NIET opgenomen door het restaurant. Mochten wij last ondervinden van onze bestelling dan zal ik hier direct een melding van maken bij de NVWA omdat hier de voedsel veiligheidsmaatregelen absoluut niet in acht zijn genomen met de kipburger (en wellicht wel meer!)

I've been here 5 times. They've got the best cheese sticks that remind me of the U.S. especially with the burgermeester saus, it's delicious. I tried the salted caramel milkshake and it was okay. But their Cajun fries, sweet potato fries, chicken strips, and all the smashed beef burgers are AMAZING! Love the people who work here. They're super sweet.

Online onze bestelling gedaan via thuisbezorgd en het was echt verschrikkelijk! De truffelburger was compleet plat en de bijbehorende chips was een klein handje smaakloze naturel chips. De Cajun friet is niet geleverd en is zonder reden vervangen door slap gebakken friet zonder enige kruiden. De chicken sandwich is ronduit gevaarlijk! Deze was compleet rauw vanbinnen en uit voorzorg geen enkele hap meer van genomen. Ook hierbij was er geen juiste friet geleverd en miste wij nog 2x onion rings. Na het doen van meerdere telefoontjes wordt er gewoon NIET opgenomen door het restaurant. Mochten wij last ondervinden van onze bestelling dan zal ik hier direct een melding van maken bij de NVWA omdat hier de voedsel veiligheidsmaatregelen absoluut niet in acht zijn genomen met de kipburger (en wellicht wel meer!)
