We went to the restaurant for a drink near the sea. The view was amazing! Unfortunately, there was an incident that causing an unpleasant dining experience. At the end of our meal, my husband went to toilet, and I was waiting for him to come back and check the bill. There was a lady and a man who came to my table and sit on my husband’s seat without asking my permission. The man even took away my bag on the chair in order to sit on it. They even started ordering their food on my table. I was shocked. I wondered if it was a local practice, and I didn’t want to ruin my holiday mood, so I didn’t say anything. Personally, I found it quite rude to do this. In my culture, we used to wait till the last guest to leave the table to be seated in. I think this is the basic respect to people. Now it seems like a fast food shop, giving pressure for us to leave as soon as we finished the meal. There were 5 of us. We got our own silverware, napkins, and menus. No one came to the table so I went back to the bar to order food. Bartender asked us if we had the time to eat there and told us it would be a minimum of 30 minutes. We said yes and she told us to wait for the one female server to take our order. We waited and the female server started by asking us if we had the time to eat there and that it might be at least an hour. We left. They just do not seem interested in serving folks. I...
Read moreI entered this restaurant asking for vegan options and they confirmed there are in the menu with a “V” beside them. I checked the menu which actually had a few “V” on. Two dishes have “vegan” in the name so I went for one of them: Vegan bitterbal. Then asked for some other “V” dish and the waitress pointed out for me that there is cheese in it. But it has the “V” sign :(
One thing if I can say: you should mention “vegetarian” and “vegan” in the menu which are two different things.
Anyway the Vegan butterbal with their mustard were six and...
