Fish & Chips Volendam — Restaurant in Edam-Volendam

They make a lot of noises from 7.30 A.M. in the morning in the small street behind the restaurant. The normal people who live there, have a lot of hinder and disturbance of that people who work there. They don't respect the living area. They come out of another town to make a lot of money here and we cannot sleep because they throw all windows open in the back. They have no good working cooling system inside and the whole neighbourhood is the victim of these respectlss and selfish workers and boss. The whole day we have loud noises of the guests, coming through the open windows. And they stand with photo camera's to take pictures of our bedroom window. If I'm sick I see all they ugly costumers taking pictures...

Insult to customer, taking advantage of 1 day tourists. High prices? Well that's expected for a tourist place. But the fish for my wife and I was literally less than halve from what the menu photos shows. Little less? That's oke, but literally 40% the size? And still high price? That's insulting. We travel all over the world, the Dutch tourism is one of those that rather take advantage than give more out of kindness. The crew was not polite at all, no good vibe. We've seen more customers getting treathed in a way they shouldn't be in a restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. They seem to be in business for the income, not for the love for people and service. Our tour company will not...

They open the windows in the back and let all the guests take pictures of our private houses. I live in the blue house behind and I cannot lay in my bed without being watched. I cannot open my blinders anymore and live in a prison, because many phones and camera's are pointed at me in my house. Even when I leave my house there are men taking pictures or video's of me while they laugh. There are also many loud talkative noises of all the people who sit in front of the windows. And they play awful music whole day long what enters the small street behind the building. They suppose to be a restaurant in the Haven, but the small living area behind the place experiance a lot of noises and all...
