Finally, a real ramen restaurant in Eindhoven! It's not even a week yet and it's already packed at 19h in the evening! They opened last Friday - 15th November. Foodwise, they have more selection than other branches in Germany. They have curry, real takoyaki, donburi and many more. We had Spicy Butatama Miso Ramen, chicken Kara-age curry, takoyaki and Gyoza. The Ramen broth and noodles were just as expected that it's almost comforting. It's the Takumi ramen that we know and love. The curry was delicious but I would certainly go for pork tonkatsu instead if they had it. The takoyaki is delicious and amazing. First bite always burns your mouth, like biting into hell itself. It was so good though, but would be nice with the bonito flakes for authenticity. They could really do something about the space. There's very limited seats and tables. Between 18.30 to 20.00, it's super crowded. There's gonna be a short line outside of the restaurant. Inside, the tables and chairs are so close together it's hard to squeeze through. I'm ok because I'm a short Asian girl, but others who were bigger than me had an uncomfortable time. The wait-staff also had a hard time trying to reach us because they cannot go through the tables and chairs in front of us. Toilets are downstairs - not accessible because you have to use steep stairs. Staff is friendly and will try to get you seats as soon as possible. Wait time was fast - a pleasant surprise especially during a dinner rush. We didn't have to wait long for our food to be served - neither did the tables around us. I do recommend. Please visit when you're in Eindhoven!

Previous week on thursday night around 19:00 at August the fifth of 2021 I had dinner at Takumi Ramen Kitchen Eindhoven, Kerkstraat 26, 5611 GJ Eindhoven. Inside I was helped by a female staff member. She told me I was free to pick any table that wasn't occupied. So I sat down and quickly reviewed the menu. I discovered there were no signs on the menu that could notify costumers for any PEANUTS. I did find signs of SHRIMPS, PORK and NO-MEAT. I explicitly stated I was allergic to any kind of PEANUT and needed her help to pick out a suitable meal that I can savor. The staff member couldn't figure it out herself, so I asked her if there was someone else who does know. She quickly went to the kitchen to check what dish does contain any PEANUTS. She came back and told me there was ONLY ONE DISH that did contain PEANUTS: Tan-Tan-Men. Which of course I didn't pick! Any other dish did not contain PEANUTS(supposed to be). I ordered: 1x Kirin Beer Small 0.30L 1x Spicy Ebi Kushi Kara Age Ramen 1x Takoyaki (see the receipt) The beer came rather quickly and had to patiently wait for the meals. The manager(an old women)came rushing out of the kitchen to deliver the ordered bowl of RAMEN and after that the Takoyaki came as well. I took some pictures of my meals and started eating(see pictures of RAMEN and Takoyaki). Nothing happend. I did enjoy my RAMEN. I was done and took a break. So I could focus on the appitizer Takoyaki. While I was trying to eat Takoyaki. I felt strange. Hair on my back began to stand, goose bumps. Got it unpleasantly warm. My stomach was twisting. The inside of my lips began to swole and pinch very silently. Ears began to tintel. Headache and a strange urge to scratch. Another staff member approaced me and asked how my experience was. I stated I felt sick and had a stomache, and was concerned of any PEANUT crossing my meal. Quickly, the manager approached me and we had a brief discussion about the meals. I told her that I became concerned of any PEANUT crossing my meal. She stated confidently that my meal didn't contain any PEANUT. I let her be, I couldn't start a dicussion while becoming sick. I went to find a bathroom downstairs and called a emergency line. I proposed the emergency line that I could get home safely in time to get my (epi-pen)shot for the allergic reaction, but I've got to visit a hospital anyway because they have to monitor my health after the shot. I live approx. 1KM from Takumi Eindhoven. The emergency line stated I'm not allowed to exit the restaurant. Because they were about to send a ambulance to pick me up. The emergency line assigned me give the staff a heads up that if anything happends to me, they should call 112(Dutch Emergency Line), which I did. I went back upstairs and sat down near the front-exit to view any comming ambulance. The manager approached me again and told me I was being a bother. She stated that previous costumers did enter with other allergies and nothing did happend to them. She accused of lies. While she, the manager, was the one denieng of any mistakes herself. The ambulance came, I rushed to it. Followed by the manager. She yelled and accused me of everything that wasn't true. So I looked like a clown-act. The ambulance did a quick check-up and I had a discussion with them. They stated nothing out of the oirdinary was happening to me. To dissbelief, they couldn't help me! They did belief the manager that I was being a bother! The ambulance did a checkpoint in their register and ordered me to pay and go home fast, to take the shot myself! They even couldn't give me a ride! They accused me that I wasn't sober! I felt helpless! I did pay(see receipt). And walked out crying and sick. People were laughing at me. I felt ashamed, angry and sad, while my life was at stake. The second ambulance found me later in critical state on a bench. Because what happend to me, is life threathening and unjust! I want full payback and a full apology for their responsibility! This is no manner to treat any costumer! A wicked franchise!

A popular Ramen place in the central part of Eindhoven. Because of its popularity you may have to wait for a seat at peak times. We waited around 40 minutes. The restaurant was a bit crowded and hard to move around but the decor is nice. I had the black garlic buta Tama miso Ramen which was very good. The broth was deeply seasoned and coated the meat well. The egg was cooked to my liking. The noodles were good but could have been more chewy ( personal preference). Snowpeas while we waited was a nice touch. I wish there was some chilli oil to add to the Ramen. I do think it is the best Ramen you can get within Eindhoven and it does hold up against elsewhere. My friend had a vegetarian/ vegan option and I found that quite underwhelming, so while I really enjoyed my meal, I felt the vegetarians will get a compromised experience. The black sesame ice cream with sesame balls was delicious although the portion size was quite small ( one scoop of ice cream and whipped cream) I'd like to come back for the sides and curries. A really solid option but the wait times can be tough

Oh boy, hold onto your taste buds folks because I'm about to take you on a rollercoaster ride of deliciousness! This restaurant in Eindhoven Centrum is our absolute jam, like seriously, we can't get enough of it! Let's talk about the star of the show - the spicy ebi kushi karaage ramen. It's so good, we could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and never tire of it. We always have to order it, no matter what else is on the menu. And let's not forget about the appetizers - from the tofu to the gyoza, they are worth every penny. Now, when it comes to drinks, forget about the boring old soda or beer. This place has a homemade tea with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices that will knock your socks off. And finally, for the grand finale, the dessert that will leave you begging for more - the macha green tea ice cream. Trust us, it's a must-try. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your friends, your family, your coworkers, your neighbours, your pets - whoever - and head on over to this restaurant. You won't regret it, we promise.

Been there three times with friends. The first time when I went there, my friends told me it was the best Ramen in Eindhoven. I liked the food and the side dish (some fried chicken, with special dipping power sauce). So I agreed, also because that was the only Ramen restaurant in Eindhoven that I know. Then I brought other friends (my third time) and I said ‘this is the best Ramen in Eindhoven’. This is very tricky because it would increase people’s expectations and lead to disappointment. I think I should have avoided saying that. So the disappointment finally happened and one of my friends said that he would bring me to another ramen restaurant in the city, which he thinks is better. Each time I tried different flavors and indeed the third time I think I had a bad choice… I forgot what I ordered, only remembered that it was spicy. A restaurant worth trying because there are many different flavors. Try it and decide yourself.

Me and my family like this Takumi better than the one in Düsseldorf or any types of ramen dishes in the Netherlands for that matter. The delicious umami taste made us crave for more. The wait can be daunting during lunchtime or dinner, but resolves quite fast. The service is friendlier than any other Takumi or asian restaurants for that matter. Polite, professional, and pleasant. The place is rather small, hence the waiting time is quite challenging. But other than that, it’s the ramen to go for us! We became regulars ever since the first visit. Their Butatama miso with extra corn is the best but can be salty at times. Ebi furai karaage miso is also our favorite next to the butatama black garlic. Price per portion is not that reasonable, since its noodle, but affordable. The take away packaging is neat. And lastly, they give loyalty card that we can redeem. We’re hooked !
