La Ruche Grill & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Eindhoven

To whom it may concern

On 19th September me and my family dined at your restaurant for our daughter's 18th birthday in which we had booked well in advance to avoids disappointments . We looked forward to this day as we were spending it as a family for a special birthday (18th birthday).

I however want to point out that the day did go as we would have wished it should or anticipated.

we arrived at 20:00hrs for our reservation and immediately was seat at the table close to the kitchen pass with an overview to the restaurant , we noticed that the table we had been allocated was not marked as reserved which should have been the case as the other tables had markings (Reserved)

We then ordered our drinks that did not take long to arrive at the table and immediately we ordered our food

Chicken Nuggets for our youngest - this took 55 minutes to arrive at the table regardless that we had mentioned its for a child , I find this unprofessional and lack of knowledge for horeca standards and totally unacceptable .

Greek Salad for the table - this dish arrived even before the nuggets for our daughter regardless that we had asked for all our dishes to be served at once since we where having all main dishes only and wanted to share the salad . the level of this ignorance and lack of paying attention is also disappointing and unacceptably wrong.

Pasta pollo- the dis was fine with no faults

Rib eye Medium Well ( but this was Medium) this was also disappointing for the kitchen not to get the temperature correct

our main meals arrived at the table 1hr 30mins later , no waiter bothered to check up on our table even noticing Tha long wait We all witnessed tables that had arrived 20-25 minutes after get there food whilst we where just watching , this is the worst experience we had at your establishment and yet we had booked in advance in anticipation or a great time . I hope your management find this feedback constructive and resolve all...

Zojuist heerlijk gegeten bij La ruche. Het was voor ons een eerste keer uit eten met ons dochtertje van 9 maanden en wij zijn enorm blij dat het een zeer kindvriendelijk restaurant is. Naast dat we echt heerlijk gegeten hebben, werden we ook heel fijn verwelkomt. Onze kleine meid kon lekker zichzelf zijn & lekker mee genieten. Zij zorgde ervoor dat de voeding van onze dochter opgewarmd aan tafel gebracht werd en ook haar schaaltje en lepeltje werden voor ons afgewassen.
