The Döner Company Eindhoven — Local services in Eindhoven

Food is decent, a bit overpriced for the small quantity, but understandable since it's in a train station. However the customer service is as bad as it gets. I wanted a doner menu and one of the cashiers said they had no more bread for it. Ok. Then a durum doner menu. The same cashier starts yelling because I asked for a menu and he only prepared the durum. I wanted to dine in, so he also starts yelling because he packaged it and didn't ask beforehand if it was for takeaway. Maybe one of his bad days, but the 2.5 star reviews say it's not a rare occurance. Friend of mine wanted a kip kapsalon and was told only kalf was available when there was a whole kip rotisserie in front of him. I feel sorry for the younger cashier who was just doing his job in the background. Also 5 minutes later after I finished eating and was about to leave, he starts preparing doner menus in front of me with the broodjes that he "didn't have". Honestly, just decline clients if you don't want to serve. I'd have gone literally next door to Burger King or...

We went to Eindhoven by mistake, and it turned out being the most wholesome experience i've ever had!

we went inside the station to wait for our bus, and happened to sit on the ground right next to the restaurant. This kind man, which now i regret not asking his name, came to us and insisted we sat inside, even thought we told him we didn't mind being on the floor.

we were already incredibly grateful, and were completely surprised when he left and came back with cappuccinos for us, it was completely unexpected and we couldn't thank him enough, to what he responded with just: "Relax! Relax! Rest!"

next thing we know he brought us fries! our hearts were already melting and we wanted to thank him somehow! but when i offered,no...begged! to pay multiple times he didn't let me! repeating:"Relax! Rest!"

we left with our hearts bursting with kindness and I could never thank him enough for his incredibly kind gesture! i hope all the kindness he showed us comes...

It was bad!!! The employee I believed was angry from the moment I started my order from his reactions, the way he talked, and he moved when he was making my food, I knew already it was going to be bad. He got my ordered wrong, I only told him no spicy sauce and he only gave my food with only meat. Overly priced, the environment is a weird place, I’d prefer to take my food home. Afterwards, when I told the employee he has the right to say, he’s right and then afterwards he was seemingly upset as he was throwing around everything. Not sure what triggered him but not a way to service. Would NEVER tell anyone to go there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
