Get ready for a scrumptious adventure because we found the real deal at Vietnamama, nestled inside the Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven Centrum! We were determined to put their menu to the test and boy, were we in for a treat!
The moment we dug into their pho, we were transported straight to Vietnam. The broth was bursting with freshness and had the perfect balance of lightness and richness. But what really stole the show was the tender beef and juicy meatballs, accompanied by a generous serving of crunchy bean sprouts and fragrant coriander. As Asians, we're not intimidated by spice, so the raw cayenne pepper was a piece of cake. Next time, we're definitely asking for extra chili - bring on the heat! 🌶️
Now, let's talk about the food court itself. It's absolutely awesome! You can find a diverse range of restaurants from all over the world, each with native chefs who know how to whip up some serious flavor. It's the perfect spot to hang out with your loved ones, colleagues, or even just some friendly acquaintances. So, what are you waiting for? Head on down to Vietnamama and experience a little slice of Vietnam in the heart of Eindhoven...

Will be returning to try other...

But I’m definitely coming back and recommending to anyone who loves...
