At first we were surprised at what a beautiful atmosphere this location has, but that was about it. Then it started: Lahmacun was like microwaved food, rice was ok, potatoes were overspiced and the chicken was old and inedible. When I looked at the table next door the plates were still full, no one wants to eat this food because it is just bad. There was a piece of plastic from the packaging in the salad. When I politely sent the meat back, the waitress was annoyed and at the checkout I mentioned that the meat was no longer good, if I actually had to pay for it the waitress, who was probably the boss, said that of course I had to pay for it. (I only bit into it once and of course didn't eat the rest because that would be harmful to my health) I think this restaurant is really not good. Very good food. It tastes very good. We went during Ramadan, and they had the athan and gave us water and dates. Something you only find back home in the Middle East. Also they offer free tea at the end and a mezza at the start which is also something found in middle Eastern hospitality so good job.

Food portions are not the largest, so If you like to eat a lot I recommend the pizzas or else maybe beyti kofta, which I feel like is an ok portion in my opinion. Prices are on the expensive side, however you will receive tasty food and a good service in return. Also if you look into the online menu you can clearly see there are some cheap options that you can pick and others that are way more expensive.

Ik had op 31 december 2024 besteld om 15:45 en had meer dan anderhalf uur gewacht. Vervolgens probeerde ik contact op te nemen en werd er niet opgenomen, dus checkte ik de website en wat bleek? Ze stonden plotseling op gesloten na mijn bestelling. Probeerde dus nog een keer te bellen, werd weer niet opgenomen, dus dan maar de volgende dag opnieuw geprobeerd, maar bleek dus dat ze drie dagen lang dicht zijn gegaan en geen contact met mij terug hebben genomen. Ik heb vervolgens het geld voor de bestelling terug geboekt gekregen, maar niet het geld voor de transactie kosten, daarnaast ontving ik nog steeds geen telefoontje terug nadat ik ze meerdere keren had geprobeerd te bereiken. Eindelijk op vrijdag 3 januari wist ik ze te kunnen bereiken om vervolgens een arrogante vrouw aan de lijn te krijgen zonder enig verschil van empathie of service die op een schijnheilige manier haar excuus aanbood wat duidelijk sarcastisch overkwam. Nadat ik boos overkwam stelde mevrouw voor wat een oplossing zou kunnen zijn om haar excuses aan te bieden namens de zaak. Ik stelde voor dat ik de maaltijd alsnog zou krijgen aangezien de fout bij hun lag en ik 3 dagen na mijn bestelling niks terug gehoord heb gekregen. Wat is mevrouw's reactie vervolgens: "HAHAHAHAHA", nou wat een service zeg. Geen bestelling gekregen, geen contact, geen excuses aangeboden en dan vervolgens uitgelachen worden. Belachelijke service! En een arrogante vrouw...
