Huiskamerrestaurant De Kleine Heerlijkheid — Restaurant in Groningen

Loved this place! The menu was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amuse-bouche plates that were served. They appeared at the table quickly, and while we initially worried about being rushed, the service was perfectly paced later. We opted for a 6-course meal, which proved to be more than sufficient, especially considering the coffee and additional sweets next to it… Each plate was a delightful surprise, both in presentation and taste. The cozy indoor atmosphere had the vibe!

Our only suggestion would be to reconsider the wine pairings. Most of the selected wines were dry and fruity, they didn't always complement the dishes. We would have appreciated the opportunity to taste a wider range of options that would better match the flavors...

August 2023 A lovely diner in an old house. Set (choose 6 or 7 course) menu. A small place with a lot of atmosphere. Good pricing for wine by the glass and menu prices Good food, very nice presented. Highlight for me was the beetroot salad. The deer was the weekest dish (tough not tender while cuisson was good). Waiting staff was young ans still recovering from partying, that was a pity, clean clothes would have been nice. The music is all the well known artists but than instrumental ... That we should not do anymore ....
