AH Gedempte Zuiderdiep — Local services in Groningen

There was a lot to chose from in this store and a lot of very good prices for different things. I do wish that some of the prices were actually listed though, as for some products you can only know if you ask a staff member which can potentially take time if they don't know, or are doing something else.

They don't take credit card for the self checkout machines, so keep that in mind, but they were very quick to help and allow us to pay by cash, which u really appreciated.

Since it's so central it means it is easy to get to and you can't really ask for anything more....

I wanted to buy 2 biers and my girlfriend was with me and she didnt have an ID (shes 26) and I was not allowed to buy the biers, although i did have an id(24). Am i supposed to go again, queu again from the beginning and also tell her to wait outside and i buy 2 biers alone?? I found this a crazy rule and rude, so i ended up not buying anything, and i will not shop in this albert...

Vanmiddag (25 januari 2017) ging ik naar de Albert Heijn daar bij de Gedempte Zuiderdiep. Toen ik mijn boodschappen eindelijk naar de kassa bracht ging het mis. Ik ging Als je op kant naar de kassa gaat helemaal naar rechts bij de laatste kassa, daar was een meisje. Ik vroeg haar of ik het mandje zo kon laten op de loooband of als ik de producten druit moest halen. Ze gaf antwoord 'is goed hoor!' Dan zei ze van kunt u aub alles dr uit halen, dus dacht ik van hè? Ik heb je net... Oke dan. Deed ik dat en dan na het afrekenen vroeg ik voor een tasje, was ik vergeten te zeggen en ze deed een beetje brutaal tegen me. Ze vroeg of ik een grote of een kleine hoefde en ik zei dat ik niet precies weet of alles in een kleine past en of ik een grote moet nemen. Ik had gehoopt dat ze mij de beste zou aanraden maar ze negeerde mij en de volgende klant hielp me een beetje! Ik pakte alles in, zei bedankt en liep weg. Toen ik thuis kwam merkte ik dat ik de appels daar bij de kassa ben vergeten in te pakken. Die kassa mevrouw heeft me ook niet eens teruggeroepen. Ik denk niet dat hier terug kom. Aan klantenservice moet iets echt aan...
