KFC was once better than it is today:
The waiting screen was pretty hard to understand and its even broken now. Many of the staff do not speak Dutch which can be complex and has been for some friends of mine. The time it takes to finish your order is much slower compared to other fastfood chains and rivals. The overall quality of the food you get besides the chicken is also lower than other chains and rivals. The tables don't seem to be cleaned as regularly and that comes over to me as unclean and unhygienic. The restaurant sometimes closes before its official closing time, usually because of vague reasons. For instance they once ran out of chicken somehow. The price has only far increased in recent times while they removed small benefits like unlimited drinks that you could get yourself. The manager is very hard and complex to communicate with as he doesnt seem to master the Dutch nor the English language properly and it can be unclear to understand his motives or explanations.
To sum it up, just a decade ago i would really put KFC in my favorite spot, however today only a fraction remains of the good chain it once was, it no longer seems to beat its rivals for me anymore, it has rather fallen far below them, i rarely even search up this place anymore because of how depricated it has become today. There is a lot to improve and with KFC's worth being over 30 billion i also hope that they will take the critic into account and make themselves the good restaurant again that...
Read moreI've visited this KFC many many times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The food is consistently served cold, choking you with dry and soggy fries that lack any crispiness. The wait times are excruciatingly long, making the overall dining experience frustrating. I have been waiting for one bucket for well over an hour once.
Even when numerous times I've mustered the courage to request replacements for the sub-par, cold, and dry food, the results have been equally abysmal. The replacements, if they manage to bring them, are often just as cold and dry, demonstrating a lack of attention to customer satisfaction and health from the staff and management, clearly ignoring KFC's working protocols.
Regrettably, it seems that even bringing up these issues falls on deaf ears, as there have been instances where our complaints were forgotten or ignored entirely, leaving us without food until we go to ask where it is.

My food was ok but my partner's burger that he orders was dry and the sauce was sour and did not have any taste. But that is not my main consurn. My main consurn is the place was dirty and I mean dirty as if the people that work there does not have pride in their work. There is papers on the floor and previous customers order slips on the tables and also on the floor. The tables had left over food crumbs and also coldrink spills. There was wet spill on the floor which is a slipping Hazard. There was also crushed chips and food on the floor under the tables.
