To this day, I question if it was wise to dine at this restraunt. To call it a restraunt may be reductionist, as this institution is akin to the fine opium dens of old, the Tokyo teriyaki bowl been closer to some form of drug or godly nectar than some mere mortal ingredients. Similarly this bowls flavours so exquisite, that to say I was thoroughly satiated would be an untruth; I was experiencing true bliss, the kind that would fragment the mind of even the truest of hedonists.

Nika, the skilled and virtuous staff member on duty has forever changed my life. My life has gained a sublime simplicity. No longer do i worry about work, money or the trife of others. Now there is simply eating Rå bowl, and craving Rå bowl.

Sometimes late at night I wonder, am I blessed or cursed, to have encountered such a divinity of flavour in my younger years, for my burden is to know that no joy in life will ever surpass the ecstacy of flavour I felt on that faithful Friday evening. My graduation, looking my wife in the eyes during our wedding, the birth of our first son, will resonate at a duller tone through the ears of a man who once heard the Universe.

First of all, this restaurant displays nutritional information (kcals) about their bowls on their website which already qualifies for a 5/5 rating. I wish every restaurant would do this, maybe this will force chefs to creature tasty food without using a metric ton of butter in every single meal, seriously what's up with that!

Anyways, I came here to order the Manhattan Mango bowl with a Ginger Juice drink. The observant lady working behind the counter immediately greeted me in English, the lack of superior Dutch genetics just gave it all away immediately... no chiseled chin, no cute curly hair, just a hungry little man from abroad. The bowl was absolutely delicious with a perfect mix of filling plant based proteins and fresh vegetables and fruit. While I was eating, my drink slowly separated into its ingredients, leaving a heterogeneous mix which I quickly stirred with the metal straw they supplied. A turtle was saved that day.

If you have taste buds and want something healthy to eat you should stop...

First time I ordered here, I was pleasantly surprised. Second and third time I ordered (about a year later) I got more and more disappointed though. The restaurant presents itself as a healthy alternative to fast food, but with the extensive amounts of sauce and salt Rå uses to prepare their food, you might as well order regular fast food. Sad :(.

Unfortunately I can't reply to Rå's comment underneath, so I'll just add mine in here: As one can clearly read, I'm not asking for absolutely no salt or sauce (if that's what I wanted, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place), I'm just noticing how the food preparation has disappointingly changed to - apparently - drenching the meal in sauce and salt.
