We waited over an hour for food. An hour and 20 minutes to be exact, just to receive a cold burger that was absolutely red inside and cold, completely unedible.

Then called the lady at the phone who was suspicious about it but still sent us a new burger. And the 'boss' of the place had asked the driver to check the contents of the old burger to confirm truth, which is terrible customer service they could call and ask for a picture directly than asking for a middle man. We showed the burger to the driver he understood that is was unedible.

Never ordering from here again, they blame a raw and cold burger on them being too busy when they just didn't cook it enough.

Absolute disaster of a place. Would not even consider ordering ever again. I ordered at around 20:15 and when I called at 21:35 for an update, I was told 10-15 minutes. Only to call 30 minutes later to find out that my order will never arrive. They said my order was picked up but it was not tracking in the app, neither could they tell me the name or the contacts of the guy who took the order. Not to mention the fact they were rude on phone. When I canceled it, after 4 hours !!!! it showed as picked up by "The Burger Delivery Company". How surprising.... So yes, reading other reviews, if you do not want your food to arrive 2 hours later cold or even better, be scammed by them after 4 hours, I would highly advise...

Served me the wrong burger and wrong fries. When I called I was told I must have ordered the wrong items, despite being charged for the items I asked for. Didn't offer absolution and told me I'd need to cycle back myself and change it. Wasn't worth the time so just left it.

I could forgive the bad service if the food was good but burger bun was soggy and fell apart, fries were salty and didn't seem fresh. The bacon wasnt crispy and the dipping sauce wasn't what I expected.

Not sure I'd eat there again given it was still €14...
