Bar Wigbolt — Restaurant in Haarlem

My top cocktail spot in the Netherlands. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve not a had a single bad cocktail so far in the 15+ cocktails I’ve tried (some on menu items, others off menu especially made with our preferences in mind). I keep coming back as the atmosphere, staff and cocktails continue to be excellent. Prices are fair in comparison to other cocktail bars in Haarlem : Amsterdam with each cocktail being approximately 10€. Considering how flavourful and tailor made the cocktails have been, it’s definitely value for your money. Would recommend for both a date as well as for a drink with a friend. Years ago, it was good. But it's been getting worse.

Drink quality decreased, also way too much ice in every drink. All the way to the top, leaving little actual beverage. Yet the price is 13 euros per drink.

I asked the staff to remake the drink and they refused. They took a few ice cubes out and wouldn't do anything else. "How about a straw?"
