Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff. First you buy something to drink and before you pay they ask if you want to have it take away or consume inside. After you have chosen to consume your drink there they offer you a glass, so far so good.
You do the payment for your drink and head out for a seat. No sir! That would be âŹ5 per hour if you would like to sit down. đ€Ż say again?! Then I would like to return my drink and I will have my drink somewhere else. Sorry sir we donât give refunds, I can give you a voucher?
Thanks but no thanks, the chance I would come back anytime would be zero.
EDIT: Thanks for the reply. She was alone in the shop and she didnât mention, so I donât know how you could claim she explained before. Apparently based on the reviews I wasnât the only one having this issue at Westhoff. Nevertheless I hope you do make other customers satisfied and please tell the next one in line in advance about your âŹ5 per seat policy instead of afterwards when you already bought your food and drinks.

   Read moreLots going on at Westhof, itâs big on the inside much bigger than you would expect. It has multiple rooms in doors that you can âflex-werkâ as the Dutch expression goes.
They also have lots of drinks options and many fresh snacks and sandwiches, as well as multiple coolers with drinks to have there or for at home (like wine).
What it has in space it lacks a bit in atmosphere perhaps because it is so big and it provides so much, itâs hard to define an identity and a vibe for a place like that â but all and all good stopover for coffee and a snack before getting on the train...

I had chicken tikka wrap one wrap full of ingredients the other half was empty. Service sense Zero. Educate your staff in customer service.
