I HAD SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT THAT I FELT COMPELLED TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE AIRPORT MANAGEMENT, AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOGLE REVIEW, AND THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNER OF THE BREAD SHOP. TODAY, I DECIDED TO SHARE MY LETTER ON MY FACEBOOK WALL FOR THE WORLD TO SEE! (Here's my letter!)

To whom it may concern:

SUBJECT: ADAM BOUABID, EMPLOYEE OF BREAD SHOP @ AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

My name is RM Hansom, and I'm from Chicago, USA. It's been a month since I visited Europe, and one of the places I went to was Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

I had always intended to write this letter, but I couldn't do it right away since I was back in my hometown of Chicago. The receipt from my purchases, on which I wrote the person's name and the reason, had been missing for a while, along with all the other papers I had with me. I found the receipt today, so I wasted no time writing this letter immediately!

On June 13, 2024, I was at Schiphol International Airport around 11:05 a.m. While there, I went to the BREAD shop for a meal and paid with my credit card. Strangely, I completely forgot to take my card back from the register. It's puzzling how I could have forgotten something important, but it happened!

After finishing my meal, I headed to the gate for my flight. It had been over an hour since I ate at BREAD. As I sat down, a young man named ADAM BOUABID approached me and asked if I had left my card at BREAD. Then, I realized my credit card wasn't in my wallet. ADAM handed me my card and explained that he had been searching for me at various locations in the airport to return it. He mentioned that he could vividly recall how I looked because of the American flag in my blue shirt. He mentioned that he works at BREAD.

I was genuinely impressed by ADAM's unwavering honesty and determination in finding me—and he succeeded! If there's a single phrase to encapsulate his honesty and express gratitude, it would be simply ADAM! I have so much appreciation for ADAM that it prompted me to return to the bakery. I even took the time to speak with Adam's manager personally. I want to express my gratitude to both of them!

I apologize for the delay in sending this letter, as the incident occurred over a month ago. Nonetheless, it's never too late to show appreciation for an exceptional employee like ADAM BOUABID.

To the management of BREAD and the entire SCHIPHOL AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you have an exceptional employee. Please retain him, consider him for advancement, and show him the recognition he deserves for his outstanding performance!

(Video attached) I had a long connection in Amsterdam some time ago over 10 hours and the people I was with and I got hungry, we found this place open overnight and gave it a go, really nice looking place but the food was really expensive and the staff a bit rude, sorry I don't speak dutch in an international airport and as if that wasn't the only problem they had mice in their kitchen, honestly it was pretty funny since we didn't end up getting any food from them and were more intrested in the mouse, we called him Kouskous and he lived inside their walls and racks of dishes and cutlery, a staff member even helped us find him by pointing nad speaking dutch, a cook/cleaner(not sure) came out of the kitchen to see all of us lauching and screaming after the mouse jumped inside the wall and what he said will live with me forever.
