The most rude and disrespectful service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered coffee and eggs and bacon muffin. The coffee was cold and arrived quickly. I waited for breakfast for 15 minutes and when the breakfast arrived the coffee was cold. I politely asked if it was possible to warm the coffee a little. They rudely said no and turned their backs without looking at me and started laughing and making fun of me. As a 60 year old man I have never seen such disrespect in my life. I am writing this note to the manager in charge. I kindly ask him to look at the camera recordings between 11:00 am and 11:30 am and do the necessary. When we asked for tap water, the curly haired staff brought us bottled water. We told her we didn’t order bottled water and asked for top.
She said that they don’t serve tap water. Only bottled water.
I said we already had one glass of tap. She said it’s only if you order coffee. We had 4 coffees.
She took back the bottled water, never gave us water, then charged us for the bottled water anyway.
When we asked for a refund, her reply was they don’t refund and they only give bottled water.

Along comes the manage insisting that I can’t sit down until I order food. I pointed to the fact that I was on a call and her reply was “I know but you have to order first before you sit down”. The embarrassment this caused was unimaginable especially as other customers were looking. That said the food was good and Alexander was very pleasant with customer service.
