Hi, On 14.08.2024 I made a purchase at your location at Shipchol Airport in Amsterdam, a set with additional fries. After approaching the counter and collecting the order, I noticed that there were no additional fries in the bag. The nice lady from the order desk after my explanation asked the supervisor to come over. I explained that I did not receive the extra fries that I paid for, to which the supervisor Sandra said that everything was well spent. After my suggestion to check the receipt, I heard that the prices at the airport are high, she said this with an unnecessary smile. I was a bit surprised, so I tried to explain to her that it probably wasn't that bad... To which a woman named Sandra, supposedly a shift supervisor, told me to bring a bag so she could check the order, suggesting that I was a fraud, or could be one... When I asked her to go with me to the table, she said that I should bring it, not to mention the fact that I had to walk around this quite small airport with my order, and I had a thought about the behavior of your employee. Within a few minutes your employee insulted me by suggesting I might have cheated you on a portion of fries, secondly her attitude was derogatory as if she was better off standing on the other side, thirdly she insulted me by suggesting I was too poor to eat at Burger King? In this whole situation it turned out that in fact this one portion of fries was not served, Sandra instead of apologizing and serving me these fries, thanked me, saying it contemptuously, when in fact it was not my fault, your service did not serve the full order. Maybe I should ask differently, who is Mrs. Sandras? Who to humiliate another person, and in such a prestigious place as the Shipchol airport, in front of the showcase of Amsterdam. How did she feel superior saying such nonsense, where is this European culture? Where is the culture of the company, because during working hours she was the showcase of your company, not her own person, who as it was obvious does not have this culture...

Read moreAbsolutely horrendous experience. We just came from a 3,5 hour Eurostar train ride, and I wholeheartedly regret going here for dinner. We were here 16/09/2024, at around 21:00. We ordered two meals, I had a 9-nugget meal with large fries, BBQ sauce and a coke, and my partner had a the veggie chicken with large twister fries, ketchup and a large coke as well. When we finally found a place to sit, we found out that the twister fries and ketchup were missing from the order. Instead of a large fries I received a small, and my partner had to go back to the counter to get her twister fries and ketchup. This took a lot of effort, and she only got the fries after a while, "because the ketchup isn't on the ticket on the bag, so I won't give it to you". I can't speak for her veggie chicken, but my fries were lukewarm at best and the nuggets where barely warm to the touch and soggy as can be. I've spend quite some time hanging over the toilet once we finally made it home, as the nuggets did not agree with me at all. We were also forced to pay 1 euro per "reusable" cup, but with no place to collect them. 2 euros in the bin because they wouldn't give money in return, and food that was only deemed edible due to the hunger we had at the time of purchase. A little over 25 euros total for food that was barely edible, and service that was absolutely horrendous. The lady behind the counter was rude, dismissive, and didn't seem interested in doing her job at all. Eating a piece of stale, molded bread would have been more enjoyable, so I would advise everyone to chose a different place to eat until this place has gotten it's...
Read moreI ordered a meal, the drink was supposed to be a reusable cup, I had to ask for it. I ordered ketchup, I had to ask for it. I had to ask for napkins. They gave me the wrong sandwich, and then told me to bad that it is the right sandwich. I said no, I have white cheese on the sandwich I ordered, they said no, that's marketing. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 It smelled soooo disgusting I threw it away.
Initially I was impressed with how fast they were, but that was the only good part of the deal.

And when I went to double check with the guy who was nice to me, to see if it was correct or not, because to me they look like different sandwiches, the stupid manager came back and was rude and called me annoying because I wanted to double check if I was wrong or not before writing a bad review.
How annoying is it to be told that the meal you just paid almost $20 for, to bad that it's wrong, we don't care, and you're annoying because you expect to get what you paid for.
