Johnny's Burger Company — Restaurant in Leiden

I orderd on the stand. The young man behind the cassier toke my order. Went to the kitchen without washing his hands and without wearing any gloves he started making my sandwich. There was a guy with no working clothes walking in the kitchen with his normal outside coat on. Later on another guy with normal clothes came in the kitchen with his helmet on. Noticed nobody was washing there hands while touching the food or wearing any gloves. I toke them 30min to make 2 chicken wraps. Opening the wraps there was a minimum of lettuce, sauce and unions. The chicken wasnt cooked good.. inside the chicken it was really tender. The moment i walked out the store to the car all of the young man went out to play football infront of the store. I ordered a BBQ Burger from Johnny's.

Food: A decent burger, comparable to a deluxe fast food option (BK or McD), but more expensive. Though the patty was thin and the toppings forgettable, it was executed well for what it was. That being said, it costing more than it was worth was the main feature.

Delivery: Terrible. Took 1hr and 15min on a Wednesday, despite advertising a 35min expected delivery time. Restaurant would not pick up their phone. Delivery boy had no mention of the delay. On arrival the burgers had evidently stood under a hot lamp for very long, as the receipt had become charred. They were like warm on arrival.

Conclusion: You could go worse, but not much. Try to avoid...

I ordered O’Tacos which apparently works together with Johnny’s Burger company ( if you are trying to reach O’Tacos just call the burger place). First of all, the delivery took more than 1h to deliver where on the website it said 10-25 min delivery… Secondly, I payed for extra sauce and cheddar cheese and I got the most disgusting and dry O’Tacos in my life.
