Blooming Dutch — Restaurant in Lisse

Ordered a smoked salmon focaccia, was cold and wet. Went to the counter to return it as I wasn't gonna eat that. The manager was very rude, said he couldn't take it back as they would lose money and spoke to me like I was an idiot, claiming I should have asked if the sandwich was warm or cold before I purchased it (either way, cold doesn't equal wet bread...). After arguing he went to ask someone something and when he came back he offered me a new sandwich but this time warm. It was the only option he was giving me, although I wanted my money back because I had paid 10€ for that thing I had to accept the new sandwich. Awful service, awful meal, spoilt my experience...

Siamo stati obbligati dalla nostra fame ad effettuare una tappa in questo "locale" dentro Keukenhof… Un disastro. Si ordina tramite un bancone, e si va poi a ritirare attraverso il numero che viene fornito in fase d'ordinazione. I menù sono indicati a parete dietro i responsabili di cassa, ma non vengono indicati con trasparenza gli ingredienti all'interno delle varie pietanze ( ad esempio "penne pasta alla bolognese", e dentro c'erano funghi e pesto, vabbè) ed in più gli inservienti non capiscono l'inglese (o almeno quelli con cui ci siamo interfacciati noi). I prezzi sono assurdi (come in moltissimi posti) ma non giustificano affatto la qualità ed il servizio offerti. Infine, molte persone entrano nel locale solamente per sedersi e rifocillarsi dal giro nel campo, riducendo i posti a sedere per le persone che acquistano il "cibo" del "ristorante"; questa situazione non interessa a nessuno, l'importante è fatturare a go go con prezzi fuori dalla norma per materie prime di...

The savoury food that we had was very poor. The beef burger doesn't even taste of beef. The salmon focaccia was bland. The pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza were added at the end, cold. Very disappointed. Looks like good reviews are only by people that had a coffee...
