A restaurant or an employee can be inexperienced, amateur, or make a mistake, but the FreQuent staff totally ruined our night by super offensive and rude attitude! Never had such an absurd and unpleasant experience in a restaurant. First, it started by a waitress who didn't have any idea about the wines! Their differences or their tone/tastes.
After she brought the drinks, she pure a half full bottle of red wine on me! The manager took responsibility for it and nicely offered us the drinks on him.
So far, it was fun and a normal slip that can happen to anyone.
Another waitress took our order, which was two steaks. We discussed the cooking level, side dishes, sauce and etc. I gave her even the instructions about the starters and so on.
Here, the story begins with over one and half hours waiting without delivering our food. After asking the same staff about our food, she stated: "You canceled the order." I asked her when? And to whom did I inform about the cancelation and another waitress told me: "You are correct, you did not cancel the order, and "WE" made a huge mistake."
Until then, the situation was clear to me, 2 young, inexperienced waitresses made a mistake in a moderately busy Saturday evening. I asked them to instruct me to their manager, and then I had pleasure to understand why nothing in the restaurant is at its place. The guy told me, " I don't know what's happening in the restaurant since we are having a crowded day." In answer to how we can fix "the mistake," I have responded to deliver the order, which had been placed one and half hours ago.
After a couple of minutes, the owner approached our table and told me that since you were rude to my colleagues, you need to leave the restaurant.
This is a new level of disgrace and inhospitable behavior. After asking him "how" I was rude or insulted your colleague, he responded, "I don't know!!" So why are you here and based on what you offensively asked me to leave the restaurant?
It is funny when they can not even raise any rudeness or insult (since there was not any from my side) they got insecure enough to act totally childish and disrespectful and ask me to leave their resturant!
Guys! Be mature and professional enough to accept your fault, stand for it to prevent such incidents in the future, and talk/teach your "so-called manager" to improve your service quality.

Read moreTe veel uitschieters in smaak. Bruchetta bevat echt te veel knoflook. En gebruik geen Hollandse waterbommen, maar mooie pomodores. Aioli te pittig (let wel, wij houden van pittig) dat overheerst te veel. Sojasaus veel te zout. Champignonsaus bevat te veel room of boter. Weinig champignonsmaak. Dat kan echt beter.
Een bepaald hoofdgerecht was helaas op. Daar hadden 3 man zich juist op verheugd.
Maar, langer dan een uur wachten tussen de gangen kan echt niet. Het eten komt niet echt frequent. Door de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en doordat we spontaan een rondje drank gratis kregen, een ster extra. Maar dat blijft een oplossing voor iets wat niet nodig was.
Wel een zaak met potentie denk ik. Nu geen goede score. Ik kom later nog wel een keer terug voor een 2e kans.

Ik vindt het nu een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje met al bij entree nog Lef op het tentdoek, daar gaat mijn Error al rinkelen! (Ookal snap ik dat niet alles in één keer kan)
Personeel wat op zijn half 11 functioneert: kaart vragen aan ons en vervolgens niet aanbieden omdat in aanname een appje belangrijker is. Niet inchecken of alles naar wens is tussendoor, maar bij einde gerecht.
Broodje kip was zuinig, bak sla erop en de kip in de kippensoep gortdroog. (Ik kan er echt niets anders van maken)
Ik geloof echt dat jullie beter kunnen, maar dat jullie zo de wedstrijd niet gaan winnen!!!
