Restaurant Ibis — Restaurant in Lisse

We were 12 people, we ordered some beers, coffees and toasties. After 10 minutes they told us they don't have iced coffee, which was in the menu. We ordered something else without any problem. Then they brought the beers EXCEPT one. After 30 minutes they told us that they couldn't do any tosti. Couldn't you tell us that before 30 minutes?? Then we ordered fries with mayo instead of tosties and they arrived without mayo, but we were so tired of waiting that we ate them immediately anyway. THEN it arrived the last beer, like 45 minutes after we ordered. In the end we asked the bill, after 10 minutes we have had to ask again to another waiter. When we had the bill, the prices of the receipt were higher than the ones of the menu!! And they had put mayo too. After we asked reasons they said menus were of the year before (when do you want to change them??).. and told us that we could pay 35,50 instead of 36,60... What a big discount... When they came for the money they asked us all the 36,60!!! We gave them because we just wanted to go away...Terrible, never to go again. Service in particular was EXTREMELY...

Service was terrible. Waitresses/waiters are really rude, unhelpful and sullen. When you ask for a chair, they tell you to find one. When you ask where your order is, they tell you that they dont know. It is literally your job to know it. A single burger takes around an hour. Tables that came after us, ate and left when while we didnt even...

Great place to have dinner. We are vegetarian and ordered just baguette with herb butter, falafel and baked mushroom.
