Worst customer service ever ! Before paying I asked can you give me à recit, because I'm not from here need to declare my expenses.

They guy said yes, I had for around 50€,after paying the guy said I cannot give you reciet, I'll give you in 30mins.

I took his what'sapp and it has been 2 days he has been ignoring me.

Also the guy was really not nice, always stressed and burned our food.

The food is really not good 👎, the meat industrial, the salad really not fresh, and sauce is old.

When we came he told us no fries 🍟 guys, I paid 11€ à Durum with no fries !

It's super expensive and the food is very bad and dirty place, I don't recommend at all !

I wanted to go for a good kebab and asked for a recommendation where to go. I got recommended to Musti a small kebab shop in front of the trainstation. There a bought a Kebab kapsalon for 12,- and it was a indeed a very good kapsalon. Another customer requested an extra pepper for his meal. Talking to him i said that i also love these peppers. They probably overheard me as they put three peppers on my kapsalon. Thank you guys! great service. I was told this is the best kebab in Maastricht. I had a disappointing experience here. When I asked if their food was halal, they assured me it was, but were unable to provide a halal certificate when requested. After checking other options and not finding alternatives, I returned to order a falafel. Upon coming back, the staff appeared to mock me silently, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This led to a verbal disagreement, and their behavior came across as confrontational, so I left the place.
