It's a shame when you experience a great product and gradually watch the quality diminish. Together with my wife we discovered Babs when they opened. We loved it - always went back. Since a few months ago we noticed that the quantity and quality of the burritos and tacos are not the same. Long story short; yesterday I went to Babs to buy 1 burrito and 3 taco's. When preparing the burrito; the amount of rice and beans in the burrito does fit on 1 table spoon, the taste of the meat was not like it used to be. the 3 taco's were put in a plastic container which contained about 1cm of water. the meat had no taste. My wife was not happy and me neither. I am not posting this review to just say negative things about Babs, but I hope they read this and listen to there customers. Go back to the quality you used to serve when you started. with Delicious taco's and burritos that barely fit in your mouth. I paid 20 euro's for a burrito and 3 taco's that were not up to the standards...

Stop doing: the taco’s didn’t taste anything like Mexican food. In my humble opinion it has to do with the flavors, the wheat based tortilla and the cheese topping. Of all three taco’s, I only had one tiny bit of cilantro/coriander. The flavors of the topping were mostly plain. I could barely taste the salsa verde. The cheese was too overpowering compared with the rest of the toppings and it’s a mix of cheddar and emmentaler cheese (Huh? I thought I was ordering Mexican food).
Start doing: (1) maybe use different type of tortilla instead of wheat based or offer a choice so people can choose what they prefer. (2) Add more herbs to bring out that Mexican flavor or improve the salsa. (3) Use a different type of cheese or just...
Read more"⭐ Nothing BOMB about this place - just ASS. At €15.50, these are some of the most overpriced, underwhelming burritos I've had.
They're strangely strict and stingy with everything. Can't mix black and red beans (it's literally the same scoop size, just half and half). The sauce is barely a drizzle, and they want extra money for more. €0.50 extra for jalapeños on an already expensive €15.50 burrito? Come on.
The portion size is sad - feels like they're rationing ingredients during a food shortage. Even their "spiciest" sauce had zero kick. Had to ask for salt just to get any flavor. Same with their under-seasoned fries.
Save your money and head to 'With Love Burrito' instead. You'll get an actually filling, tasty burrito for less money. Your wallet and your stomach...
