Wow. I came to this restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday and could not have chosen a better more authentic Italian restaurant than this. When You order their spaghetti paletti they make the sauce at your table . As a vegetarian I ordered the Buffala Pizza and asked to add veggies, they added a variety of delicious vegetables And the crust and Buffalo that they order straight from South Italy was heavenly . We also enjoyed the parmigiana, with expetional sauce as starter, you can also order it as main dish. At the occasion of my mom's birthday they brought us the Pana cotta we ordered with fireworks, while Dario the owner sang in Italian . Dario explained in detail how he made the spaghetti Paletti and the panacotta , he has a lot of passion for his food and giving an exceptional dining experience. I have not seen any entertainment at a table in any Italian restaurant ever before in the many places and countires I visited and was delighted with the whole experience. We have eaten at Paletti several times and have always had delicious food and amazing service. This latest visit gave us the opportunity to try their famous Spaghetti Paletti, which is made table side in a huge Parmesan wheel. They only offer it during the cooler months because it’s too rich for the warmer time of year and they always consider seasonality with their menus. The Spaghetti Paletti was definitely worth it! Watching it prepared was immensely entertaining and the pasta was absolutely delicious. We were 7 people and 4 of us opted for the famous dish. Our daughter had Spaghetti Carbonara and she is extremely particular about this dish. She raved about it and managed to finish the entire bowl. We also shared a Mista salad which was a very good salad, but definitely not the star of the show. We finished up with their Tartufo Affogato, which is also finished table side and the perfect end to another unforgettable meal at Paletti. A True Taste of Italy Abroad!

Paletti is one of the very few restaurants outside of Italy that can truly call itself Italian. From the authentic flavors to the warm atmosphere, dining here feels like stepping into a trattoria in Naples or Rome.

We ordered a Margherita Sbagliata pizza with dough and high-quality ingredients. The star of the meal, however, was the Spaghetti alla Carbonara which was absolutely exceptional: creamy, rich, and perfectly al dente.

For dessert, I highly recommend the -Sicilian cannolo - it’s filled with the freshest ricotta and truly lives up to its name. Every bite was a delight.
