I really enjoyed my one-night stay here. The room was a cross between a suite and an apartment which was amazing for the price of 70 euros. Apart from the basics, I got an incredibly comfortable queen bed, a sofa, a good view out of the front windows and even my own terrace with table and chairs for four people which would be amazing in the summer. The place was very quiet and I slept really well.||||The breakfast for five euros was also amazing value and very well presented.||||Even though there is a very informal air to the place, the service is exemplary. The friendliness of the hotel team was noticeable, as others have pointed out, and you got the feeling they all genuinely enjoy what they do.||||Tips - there is no reception so go into the cafe and ask to check in. Also, the only major downside for some guests would be the stairs. If you have walking difficulties or small children then this is probably not the best place to stay. My room was at the top of the building and required a climb of three steep flights of stairs - absolutely fine for me but for others it could be a problem.||||Overall - I loved it and would stay again without...
Read moreI booked a stay in 2024 for July 2026 at a confirmed price of €540 for 5 nights. Nine months later, they had the nerve to contact me claiming a "system error" and demanding over three times the original price, because they "just realized" there were festivities in the city during that period. Nine months to figure this out? Unbelievable!
When I didn’t respond within 3 days to their insulting 10% discount on the inflated price, they canceled my reservation without my consent. This is pure disrespect, and it’s clear they couldn’t care less about their guests.
This is what you get with this so-called “hotel” (which is really more of a pub if you look closely) — unethical practices and dishonesty.
Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the outright disrespect. Do NOT book here. Go somewhere that actually values its guests, and at least you’ll get your...
Read moreFor 80Usd I would expect to entrace the hotel from a front door and for a back door (after 20.00 the restaurant is closed so you get a key to the back door). 20 steep stairs leads to the door that leads to a kitchen that leads to the room door !!!!! Of this two points are not enough the room is very small, 3 steps leads to small area that I can not explain the nature of it....and there you find the TV...what the idea????? On top, bath is very basic and as for the beds, feels like a youths hostel. Sorry, but totally not my cup of tea. Other option were Avilable at this rate, and I chose this base on trip advisor reviews..sorry I did it. Note that if you do order breakfast it's only from 9 am. Parking is not close! And when it rains. ...this is...
