The boss and I ordered a few things to eat at this nice, cozy restaurant. I had a starter: Boti Tikka - spicy lamb meat. The lamb was as soft as butter! Spicy - but not too spicy. Really delicious. You can taste the grill and Al the different spices used for this little dish. After that we order the main dish. The boss ordered the Thali Royal. And I had the Murgh Shahi Kurma. We ordered Naan bread with that. One peshwari Naan and one Naan ??? ( with meat in it ) Ooh boy...my Murgh Shahi Kurma. A feast for my tongue. I like coconut flavour. And this dish had the right amount of coconut in it. Big pieces of chicken in a sauce that made me lick my fingers. The naan bread with it was perfect. I mixed it up with some bites together with rice. You can't go wrong. The boss was just as satisfied as I was. All the little bowls had a explosion of perfectly measured of spices and herbs! And you know I had to taste it all! The service was on point. A lovely lady and a gentlemen that served us our food and drink. We had our starters right before our drinks ( mango lassi ) were done. Our main dishes came 15 minutes after our starter... The food you get is more then enough. My wife had to ask for a doggy bag...because she could not eat it all this evening. For me as a ' always hungry man ' that is called good service. Next month we will try the Biryanis.

Eerste keer bij Indian Way terecht gekomen via TheFork.

Pretty good food for a reasonable price. The wait staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm and cosy. The restaurant itself has good views of the park and old city walls with lots of greenery inside and out to add to the aesthetic and smell (smells amazing by the way). There's traditional music played on well hidden speakers and candlelight at the tables, making Indian Way a very romantic place. The food is quite good, although is not the best Indian food I've tried. Definitely worth the visit for the atmosphere and people. Would recommend.

A Symphony of Spices and the Sea: My Unforgettable Indian Seafood Feast Last weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at a local Indian restaurant known for its exquisite seafood specialties. As a fan of both Indian cuisine and fresh seafood, I had high expectations—and I was not disappointed!

I started with a plate of Tandoori Prawns. The prawns were perfectly marinated with a blend of yogurt, garlic, ginger, and tandoori masala, then grilled to perfection. Each bite was smoky, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The squeeze of fresh lemon on top added just the right amount of tanginess.

Next came the Fish Curry, prepared in traditional South Indian style with coconut milk, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. The fish was tender and soaked up all the rich, creamy flavors of the curry. The aromatic spices and the subtle heat made this dish an instant favorite for me.

For the main course, I ordered the Goan Prawn Curry with Steamed Basmati Rice. The curry had a beautiful balance of spicy and tangy notes, with the prawns cooked just right—not rubbery, not undercooked, but succulent and flavorful. The addition of kokum (a souring agent used in Goan cuisine) gave the dish a distinctive zing.

To complement the meal, I also had Garlic Naan and Jeera Rice. The naan was soft with a slight crisp at the edges, and the aroma of roasted garlic was heavenly.

Finally, I ended the meal with a classic Indian dessert: Rasgulla, served chilled. Its light sweetness perfectly balanced the spicy meal I had just enjoyed.

The overall dining experience was memorable. The service was friendly, and the presentation of each dish was as delightful as the taste.

If you love Indian food and seafood like I do, this restaurant is a must-visit. From bold spices to fresh seafood, every dish was a celebration of...

I recently had the pleasure of working with Restaurant Indian Way while organizing a series of lunches for my company, based in the Netherlands during a Science conference (while I work remotely from South Africa). Despite the distance, the owner and team at Restaurant Indian Way went above and beyond to ensure that our dietary requirements, ranging from gluten-free to non-dairy options, were met with precision and care.

From the initial outreach to the seamless communication throughout the planning process, Restaurant Indian Way demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.

The execution of the lunches was flawless, with each meal being not only delicious but also accommodating to all dietary needs. All the dishes were beautifully presented, impressing staff and external guests.

Restaurant Indian Way’s staff were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.

I highly recommend Restaurant Indian Way for any catering needs, especially for those with specific dietary requirements.

Their dedication to communication, execution and customer satisfaction truly made our experience during the conference memorable and stress-free.

Thank you again Rakib & Team for your exceptional culinary skills.

Bianca, Lemba...
