Incredible ambiance, views of the sunset and after sunset are beautiful. This is the place for a romantic dinner. This was our second visit to Elements. The first visit we reserved a private beachfront palapa and had a six course meal. Amazing! This trip we reserved a open terrace table (all having an umbrella) the tables are limited because Elements chose to make sure you weren’t on top of your neighboring tables. Wine selection was ok (nice but not abundant selection) dinner choices were incredible. My wife had lamb with a chimera sauce accompanied by rolled beef tenderloin with a bacon mushroom sauce. It was the first time this week we took home a “falater” (for later) :) it was perfectly prepared and enjoyed. I had a Caesar salad before my meal followed by 4 of the largest meaty shrimp I’ve ever had. They were in a spicy white wine butter sauce. I had one left for later. Veggies were perfect and the rice was served in a separate dish and perfect as well. You would think that the food and service is a reason to come back but one of our draws was the welcoming staff - even the waiters serving other tables. During our first visit (7 months ago) Tamika was a new hostess who came across as a concierge service. Her attention to guests was incredible. Greeting folks as they arrived and holding a brief conversation with each guest to start the “wind down and relax mode” Overseeing tables and taking photos for guests. Her attention allowed servers including ours (Christian) ti focus on serving food and drink. This restaurant delivers a full, romantic, dining experience. Check sunset time in book your reservation 30 to 45 minutes before sunset but if you happen to miss sunset… In the dark of night, this place is unbelievable. Lighting/ambiance is just right. As a note, unlike many restaurants in Aruba, Elements does not include a service fee or tip… You’ll find yourself over tipping for a well-deserved staff. We will return next trip. Tamika and Christian - thanks for a...
Read moreWhat a PITA to get to with regards to finding your way in! I think all foodies should try Elements at least once if not twice. This beach side restaurant offers a beautiful evening ambiance. Tables spaced nicely so you are not sitting on top of others. Seating is prompt and staff was very pleasant.
Ordering is all done via tablet. The menu is broken down nicely by food group. For vegetarians and vegans there are some great options! Each menu item includes picture, preparation and comments about the dish.
On this evening we started with Cosmopolitans. I have to say, the best ones on the island out of all our dinners. Nice Job to the bartender! Some nice sliced sourdough bread with butter and olive tamponed is served early on. VERY GOOD!
I had the vegetarian French onion soup and it was to die for. One of the best I have ever had. My wife had the avocado with shrimp. Not bad but personally I felt the shrimp should be grilled. vs. boiled.
Our entrees were a bit disappointing honestly. My Red Snapper “Concomber Chicito” was just ok. The fish was a tad overcooked and skin very soft. The dish had much more of the cucumber stew with very few carrots, tomatoes and potatoes. More of the latter would have added some substance to the overall entrée. I had some risotto as a side, a bit over cheesed and somewhat pasty. My wife ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and some vegetables. The salmon was ordered medium and much of it was undercooked internally. Mashed Potatoes were not wow but ok. The vegetables were very good. Great flavor and cooked just right.
No dessert on this evening as our meal filled us up pretty good. Again, overall very good service, attentive to filling water glasses and asking how things are. One final suggestion if you spend the day in the sun I suggest you bring a light cover up or long sleeves as on this evening the wind kicked up and before you know it you will feel a...

We had such an incredible dinner at Elements in Aruba — seriously, this place is a vibe. It’s adults-only and right on the beach, so you’re literally dining with your toes in the sand and the sound of the waves in the background. Add a glowing Caribbean sunset and it’s pure magic.
Our waiter, Ishmael, totally elevated the experience. Young, super charismatic, and just had this effortless charm that made us feel like VIPs. He was super attentive and had some awesome suggestions that we were really glad we followed.
We kicked things off with the Caesar salad and octopus burrata. The Caesar was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of tangy dressing—not overdressed like some places do—and topped with crunchy homemade croutons and shaved Parmesan. The octopus burrata was next level: the octopus was grilled perfectly, tender with a slight char, and paired so well with the creamy burrata. It was one of those bites you don’t want to end.
For the main course, we shared the Linguini al Nero—squid ink pasta that was rich and flavorful without being heavy. The seafood mixed in was cooked just right, and the sauce was buttery with a little briny kick. We also shared the Caribbean tuna, which was seared beautifully—warm on the outside, rare in the center, and seasoned with this tropical blend that paired perfectly with the veggies and puree it came on.
We finished with the pistachio crème brûlée, which had a crisp sugar shell you could tap with your spoon, and underneath was this silky, nutty custard that was just sweet enough. So, so good.
Between the oceanfront view, the food, the wine, tequila 🤫and Ishmael’s awesome energy, this dinner was hands-down one of the best parts of our trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special while...
