Customer service needs attention. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. The atmosphere is depressing. The music sounds like you’re breaking up with someone. You have to order a whole pie and can’t get slices. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They’ll probably not even acknowledge this review and send back one written by ChatGPT or AI to the tune of this:
Here’s a professional and thoughtful response you can use to address the review:

Sadly, if this is his claim to fame, I suspect his reputation might come more from staying away from it. The dish was overwhelmingly smothered in cheese — not the rich, balanced layers you expect, but a blanket so heavy it drowned out the other flavors entirely. The pasta and sauce barely had a chance to make themselves known.
The pizza, while certainly interesting, had nothing in common with an authentic Italian pizza. The crust, toppings, and overall character were far removed from the traditional style — though I imagine it might be acceptable to the majority of the regular more US clientele.
The ambience was non-existent. There was no warmth, charm, or personality to the space, making it feel like somewhere to eat quickly rather than enjoy. Service didn’t help matters either, with a waiter whose lack of professionalism showed in inattentiveness and an air of disinterest.
Overall, the experience left me wondering how this place has earned any...

The ingredients were fresh and the touches of spicing just right. The crust was thin and delectable all the way to the rim. The service was pretty good for Aruba, but average or below for expectations in the USA. We were 9/10 of the way through our pizza before we were asked how we liked it. And it's not like they were too busy. I'm beginning to just think it's different down here. My bad for not recalibrating my expectations sooner. Also, typical Behavior with the bill. It's very nice if you like to be left to relax for a long time after your meal, otherwise you had best get up and ask for your bill. We dined under a crescent moon (Aruba is mostly under passing clouds, so star s are only on occasion) on Valentine's Day with the palm trees waving in the breeze while we sat comfortably in the lee of a spacious outdoor dining area. The large was just right...
