Liliana, Samira and Chef Cesar! Most amazing dinner , most wonderful staff, most romantic location and decorated perfect music selection ! I had the fish of the day, snapper with vegetables and mash potatoes. The snapper was so tender and grilled to perfection with crisp outside and flavored so wonderfully, I still can’t believe how perfect it was! The vegetables roasted and the creamiest potatoes. The wine was delicious and I think I also ate half my husband s delicious salmon. The ladies surprised us with a perfect desert with creamy cheese and rich decadent chocolate for our celebration! We brought fish that we caught on a Charter boat to the Excelencia restaurant in Orangestad in Aruba and they were very accommodating and willing to prepare the fish for us. We were extremely pleased as to how they prepared the fish. It was very delicious and the side orders that came with it were substantial, fresh and very tasty. The service was also amazing. The waitress was extremely polite and hospitable which made our dining experience very pleasant. We would highly recommend this restaurant when traveling in Aruba. My husband and I visited Aruba from Boston. Our taxi driver suggested this restaurant. The staff were friendly and inviting. The service was excellent and the food was great.
