I would give 0 stars if I could. I am I. Aruba right now as we speak and just left this store. I am a passenger on Odessy of the Seas currently in port. My husband and I went into this store with the intention of purchasing a bag for myself and a belt for my son. We were looked up and down when we walked into the store. We were purposely ignored for 15 minutes and never asked if we needed assistance. One of store clerks, an extremely pale white lady with bright red lips looked at my husband, rolled her eyes, and turned away. When leaving the store, the door attendant smirked and laughed. We have never been treated so rudely before. I’m from a metropolitan area with a much much larger LV store and can easily access what I was in search of at home. I’m on vacation and wanted to purchase something nice while here. NEVER AGAIN. What’s crazy to me is that they assumed because we’re black and dressed down we couldn’t afford the items in the store. The store layout is absolutely beautiful. It's located inside the Renaissance Mall with other luxury stores on the island. There were a fair number of shoppers but what seemed like too few associates. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Initially, I left the store shopped around at the other stores and came back thinking someone would help me this time. Nope. I ended up asking someone to help me by grabbing what I thought I wanted. I quickly made the purchase and left. Once I got back to my resort, I looked in the bag only to find that my item wasn't nicely wrapped like I'm used to and I did not receive an official LV receipt. Upon researching my purchase, I immediately regretted it. I didn't have time the following day so I had to return it to my local store. The people there were amazing but questioned my return since I didn't have a LV receipt. Over Priced Louis Vuitton Store Cheaper In The UK .. Staff tell you that they are cheaper when you go in but after buying shoes and to get back to hotel only to find that they are some 10% more than the UK ! . So when shoes were take back they said its our policy not to refund ! . But when i pointed out that they led me to believe that they were cheaper only to be told look at the till to be shown a small sign that you would need a magnifying glass to see or even read. I believe this is misinterpretation and they should taken to court. I was never told about the no returns policy even when i had to fill out my details at this point they could have made me aware , So we have NO rights to return a over priced or a item that does not fit or bought in error .. So my advice to anyone is STAY AWAY...
