Ritz Snack — Restaurant in Oranjestad (city)

We’ve been to two locations spread across several years. Service VERY slow the first time, but these things happen so we thought we would try for something quick and easy again. We ordered burger combo, chocolate shake, Coke, and another burger and wait and wait and wait. My wife checks the status of the order only to find out that only one burger was entered and they don’t have chocolate shakes. Additionally, nothing appears to be coming on the horizon. I had already paid and left a decent tip for what we ordered, but life is too short. I cut my losses and left with only the Coke. First time shame on you. Second time shame on...

First time in Aruba and we had walked by this establishment a few times. One night, after watching the sunset, we stopped by and had waffle cone with soft ice cream (vanilla and grape twist). It was, unexpectedly, awesome! Better than Häagen-Dazs! The cost for each cone was $7.00 AFL. For Aruba, it was a fair price. By the way, remember to leave a tip for the staff. Its not what it use to be.. Edit cause of question: When i arrived I greeted and wasn't greeted back. The attending person didn't really look at me throughout the transition. Soft machine wasn't working only scoops were available. De setup was weird and seemed dirty. It felt un welcoming. I think a smile go's a long way when your attending people. There was not much choice on cone sizes and the presentation seemed lacking. I haven't had a chance to visit the one near Savaneta i usually get a better...
